MINNETONKA, Minn. – Savigent Software, Inc., the Minnetonka-based company specializing in event-driven manufacturing operations management software, announced today the release of a new manufacturing operations management blog titled “Level3”. Level3 derives its name from the ANSI / ISA-95 Standard, which is an international standard for developing an automated interface between manufacturing operations and enterprise functions.
The Level3 blog is a venue to discuss a variety of topics relevant to manufacturers, including: Workflow Automation, Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Systems Integration. Content will cover the integration of data from the ‘shop floor’ up; including Historians, reporting, IT Topics and SCADA systems.
